Make your voice heard and influence future activities of LiUPhD and your PhD life at LiU! This event is welcoming all members (and those who would like to become members). If you are interested in joining the board or if you want something specific to be discussed, message us. LiUPhD is made by PhD students for PhD students and cannot function without PhD students getting involved!

Who is behind LiUPhD and what is the board?

The Chapter Board is the main executive body in the organisation and is responsible for upholding statutes and activities. It consists of 3-5 presidium members (chair, secretary, treasurer and up to two optional presidium members) and representatives for the 10 institutes at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the Faculty of Science and Engineering and the Faculty of Educational Sciences. The board works on organisation of social and career events, educational and university politics, social media presence, LiUPhD merchandise, our PhD survival guide and much more.
