Pub Nights

PhD life can be stressful, lots of work, long office hours and not much fun. So why not come by the LiUPhD pub for a refreshing after work with peers? We meet every last Wednesday of the month at a pub to talk and have some drinks. You're welcome to bring friends. During the pandemic and distance mode, we offer after work events on Zoom.

Nobel Dinner

Every year on the 10th of December, after the Nobel Prize ceremony, the Nobel laureates, the Swedish royal family and other distinguished guests gather at the Nobel Banquet in Stockholm.

To honor the advances within academia, we are celebrating with them, here in Linköping, with speeches, delicious food, entertainment, and refined PhD students.

Dig into your wardrobe, find a nice dress, iron your shirt, and join fellow PhD students in a fancy atmosphere and have a really good time! You are welcome to bring your partner, a friend, or a colleague!
